Shipping, Returns, and Refunds Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Upon checking out, a member can select the shipping address to be the one linked to your AVTREE account or a new one of their choice.
  • Members will endure shipping fees according to their address details as displayed in the below chart.
  • You will be contacted to confirm your presence at the shipping address to receive your order.
  • AVTREE will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of Egypt.

Cancelation Policy

  • Order Cancelation Requests can only occur before the order is shipped or delivered to the shipping company, in such case only bank incurred fees will be deducted from the amount paid.
  • If a member decide to cancel an order after it was delivered to shipping company or after it was shipped, the member will be responsible for the cost of returning the products (Courier service fees, wrapping/packaging,…etc)

No-Refunds & No-Returns policy

You may not return purchased products from AVTREE SHOP. If you have a concern about the product condition, please follow our product exchange policy below.

Product Exchange Requests can only occur (and subject to approval) because:

1. Item is not as described on AVTREE SHOP* (Members received a different item than selected)

*Although we make every effort to display the product as it looks in real life, it’s not always possible to make it perfect every time. Screen displays and different viewing options mean your colors may display differently than the actual product. AVTREE is not responsible for the display of any color, texture or detail of its merchandise on your mobile or device screen and cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy of any representation. 2. Item is damaged or defective

Product Exchange Requests must be submitted within 24 hours from receiving the product in which case:

  • Member pays for Original Delivery Shipment
  • AVTREE SHOP pays for the Return Shipment
  • AVTREE SHOP pays for the New Shipment
